Wall Ball – 50 reps (or DB Thrusters)
Burpees – 30 reps
DB Farmers Walk: 1 lap (women: 30lbs Men: 50lbs)
Tire Drag – 10 laps (break it down if needed)
DB chest press – 30 reps (women: 15lbs Men: 30lbs)
