Aces = 20 reps Box Jump
Kings = 20 reps Body Row
Queens = 20 reps Ab Mat Situps
Jacks = 20 reps Air Squat
Joker = 1 lap bear crawl
Numbered Cards:
Hearts: DB Thrusters
Diamonds: Back Squat
Spade: Pullup
Clubs (cloves): Burpees
The reps is determine by the card number.
For example: Spade of 9 = 9 reps Pull-up
Goal: To use as many cards as you can in 20 minutes.
1 card = 1 point. Write your points on the board.
