80 Recline Pull – Box (palms down) – Switch every 5
100 Sumo Deadlift – Switch every 5
60 Arnold Press – Switch every 5

For time. Can be performed in any order.

Finisher:
60 Hanging Knee Raise – Switch every 10

(if odd number, 1 person just do half).
