Fitness Boot Camp Workout: July 21, 2012

Sled Sprint 60 meters => 20 Jumping Rope => Sled Sprint back (1 point)
Burpee Plate Hops – 10 reps (1 point)
Rope Climb – All the way up (2 points)
Slam Ball – 30 reps (2 points)
1 lap (3 points)

The goal is to earn as many points as possible in 21 minutes.

Note: You must do at least 2 out for exercises
