How much does it cost?

FitBootCamp.com has opened the doors to many people struggling with exercise and weight loss programs.  Prior to FitBootCamp.com, the closest most people could get to achieve these kinds of dramatic results with exercise would be to hire a one on one personal trainer for each and every exercise session.  That means spending anywhere from $600 per month for an untrained and uneducated personal trainer, up to as much as $1,500 to $2,000 per month for a university educated, experienced and certified personal trainer.  And, these costs do not include gym membership the trainer would require you to purchase.

With FitBootCamp.com, the monthly investment is a small fraction of the cost of conventional personal training - or anything else you might try - yet yields far greater results. The cost of the boot camp is ONLY $179 (compare to $1,500 to $2,000 per month for private training). That entitles you to 3x a week training for 4 weeks. A total of 12 sessions in 4 weeks. There is no guarantee how long the price will stay that low, so speak with us now to lock in your low price.

How do I pay?

Sessions must be paid in full prior to beginning boot camp.  Eligible participants must complete and submit the required forms before the program starts.  We can only accept 10 people per group, so space is very limited.

There are three ways that you can pay

1.  Checks can be made out to "Fitness VIP"
*You must be approved by Arnel Ricafranca before paying.

2.  Pay by Credit card securely online at http://www.fitbootcamp.com/payment.html
*You must be approved by Arnel Ricafranca before paying.

2.  Cash
*You must be approved by Arnel Ricafranca before paying.

How soon will I see results?

It all depends on how much effort you put in to the class.  If you commit to our boot camp class with 100% effort, you may see visible results, energy increase, and noticeable strength in less than 3-6 weeks.

Will I be sore sometimes?

It is normal to feel some soreness during the first week of camp.  However, your body will adjust and you will only feel slight to moderate soreness after a week of camp.

What Should I Bring?

Bring workout clothes, a water bottle, an exercise mat, and a positive attitude.  Optional items to bring to the camp are hand towels to wipe your sweat, gloves to keep you hands warm, and a protein shake (your post-workout drink) to drink after your class so that your body can start recovering from the workout.

Your class is too far from me.  Will you offer a fitness boot camp in my town?

Our mission is to have 2 - 3 fitness boot camps per county in New Jersey.  Our list is growing rapidly everyday.  If you currently do not live near our camp, we would be more than happy to set up a fitness boot camp in your area as soon as possible. Once we have enough people interested in our fitness boot camp in your town, we will find a place
(indoor and outdoor) to do hold our fitness boot camp.

However, we do need your help to start a fitness boot camp in your town.  All that we ask is that you tell your friends, coworkers, and family about our fitness boot camp. Referrals are how we grow our business. We will give you $20 for each person you refer to us.  Of course, your friends/family will also get 1 free sessions to try it out.

What kinds of people go to fitness boot camp?

They are average people just like you.  There are many reasons why people choose to join our fitness boot camp. Some people attend our class because they needed a push and some motivation; some are desperate because they have tried everything to lose weight but have continuously failed; some people prefer training outdoors rather than inside a smelly,
crowded gym; and some people join because they are simply just looking for results.

What fitness equipment do you use?

We use stability balls, ropes, sleds, medicine balls, resistance bands, dumbbells, rocks, logs, sandbags, jump ropes, ropes, kettlebells, tires, sledgehammer, agility rings, cones, kegs, and never seen before Lebert Equalizer, and more.

Why Shouldn't I join my local health club/ gym?

Sure, you can join your local health club/gym and pay an expensive monthly membership plus sales tax.  However, you will be left alone without any supervision and may end up hurting yourself in the process.  Health club owners do not care about you as long as you pay your monthly membership. With our fitness boot camp, there is no montly gym membership and no sales tax.

You may say to me that your health club / gym has fancy expensive machines.  However, I can show you exercises that are far more superior than using expensive machines. (much more efficient)  In fact, you are more likely to get injured with a big expensive machine because your body is not designed to moved through a machine.  Your body is designed to work as a unit (as a whole).

Why Shoudn't I hire a personal trainer?

Yes, you can hire a personal trainer and possibly achieving great results.  However, that means spending anywhere from $600 per month for an untrained and uneducated personal trainer, up to as much as $1,500 to $2,000 per month for a university educated, experienced and certified personal trainer.  And, these costs do not include gym membership which the trainer would require you to purchase.

With Fit Boot Camp, the monthly investment is a small fraction of the cost of conventional personal training - or anything else you might try - yet yields far greater results. The cost of the boot camp is ONLY $156 (compare to $1,500 to $2,000 per month for private training). That entitles you to 3x a week training for 4 weeks.  For a total of 12 sessions in 4 weeks. There is no guarantee how long the price will stay this low, so speak with us now to lock in your low price.

Why can't I just buy a fitness equipment and exercise at home?

Really think about your situation for a moment. The better question is how much money did you already waste on fitness equipment?  How much more money do you want to throw away?  Do you have a treadmill that is now your most expensive hanger? There are thousands of infomercial products on television that promise solutions but are just a complete waste of time and money.  Just ask yourself........
