Why Working Out Outside Is Better

Sure, you can join your local health club/gym and pay an expensive monthly membership plus sales tax.  However, you will be left alone without any supervision and may end up hurting yourself in the process.  Health club owners do not care about your well being as long as you pay your monthly membership. With our fitness boot camp, there is no expensive monthly gym membership and no sales tax.

You may say that your health club / gym has fancy expensive machines.  However, I can show you exercises that are far more superior than using expensive, bulky machines (much more efficient). In fact, you are more likely to get injured with a big expensive machine because your body is not designed to move through a machine.  However, the use of free weights and bodyweight exercises strengthen the bones, tendons, and ligaments. Your body is designed to work as a unit (as a whole).

  • You can bring your spouse, friends, family, kids for free to create your own weight loss/fitness support group.

  • Outdoor Fitness training is effective and challenging whether you are a beginner or you?e advanced. Even your own body weight can be sufficient to challenge your entire body.

  • Outdoor fitness training is exciting and fun way to train. Aren? you tired of the same old boring strength and conditioning gym workouts yet? Who said that working out couldn? be fun and enjoyable?

  • I sometimes go to my local park (or my backyard) to train. Below are some video clips of my outdoor fitness training using minimal equipment. Some of these movements are very basic and yet very effective in skyrocketing my strength level and reducing my body fat level as well. Through my own personal experience, I always get a more effective workout outside than when I work out in commercial health clubs.
