Let Arnel Ricafranca, founder of FitBootCamp, come to you!  Mr. Ricafranca can come to your house to provide you with your very own private boot camp for you and your friends and/or family members.  You no longer need to waste your time driving to us.

Who can you ask to join you? 
You can ask your spouse, friends, coworkers, girlfriend, boyfriend, son, daughter.   Anyone that you would like.

In order for you to qualify,

You must to have at least 3 -5 members that would like to participate.
You must have a decent size backyard or indoor space for 3-5 people.
You must commit for at least 4 weeks of boot camp.
You must be in theMorris County Area.

Due to my extremely busy schedule, I can only offer this service to one lucky group.

Hi Arnel, I just wanted to let you know how much fun I had working out at your boot camp.  Attending all the session in one month I lost 10lbs. I feel great and more energetic.  I learned to control the portion size of what I eat and exercise regularly.

Meeting new people is another thing I like about this boot camp... I felt very comfortable working out with them because I know they all have the same reasons like me why they are there. Everyone was working and exercising very hard at the same time having fun..........

I would love  to sign up again but not this coming session. My family and I have plans already....

The class has been excellent.  I especially like how it built up from session to

session to increase our endurance and strength.   I also like that each week you would include a new exercise and at the same time, increase the intensity of the exercises we thought we mastered.  

Some of the results I've experienced:

1. Thus far I've dropped 8 pounds in four weeks and that with being out a week for meetings in New Orleans.

2. I've increased my stamina and endurance and am now able to do at least 4 sets of 20 plus push-ups.


3.  I've met some interesting people, including a Chef at MTV.

     Looking for a fun way to get healthy and get back in shape then boot camp is for you!

     Hello my name is Marc Russo and I am 44 and have recently given up smoking.  I was starting to feel healthier and decided it was time to start working out. I was searching for a personal trainer but it seemed very expensive.  I came across Arnel’s web site fitbootcamp.com and it sounded like a great program because it was close, it was affordable and sounded like it had all the things I was looking for in having a personal trainer so I signed up without hesitation.

Steve Shyne’s Fitness Boot Camp Success Story

Arnel, Just wanted to let you know that after only four weeks of
FitBootCamp training on May 19 I ran a 5K personal best of 25:40, lowering my time by a full minute.  That puts me way ahead of schedule, as a result I've set a new goal of 23 minutes for this Fall.  As it is still early in the season and I have not done that much running, I only can attribute this great progress to your FitBootCamp training sessions.  Also an added

How much does it cost?

FitBootCamp.com has opened the doors to many people struggling with exercise and weight loss programs.  Prior to FitBootCamp.com, the closest most people could get to achieve these kinds of dramatic results with exercise would be to hire a one on one personal trainer for each and every exercise session.  That means spending anywhere from $600 per month for an untrained and uneducated personal trainer, or up to as much as $1,500 to $2,000 per month for a university educated, experienced and certified personal trainer.  And, these costs do not include the gym membership that the trainer would require you to purchase.
