Steve Shyne? Fitness Boot Camp Success Story
Arnel, Just wanted to let you know that after only four weeks of
FitBootCamp training on May 19 I ran a 5K personal best of 25:40, lowering
my time by a full minute. That puts me way ahead of schedule, as a
result I've set a new goal of 23 minutes
for this Fall. As it is still early in the season and I have not done
that much running, I only can attribute this great progress to your FitBootCamp
training sessions. Also an added
bonus is I hit my weight loss goal of five
pounds, and feel I'm running lighter and easier. Looking forward
to the next fourweeks!

Hi Arnel, I just wanted to let you know how much fun I had
working out at your boot camp. Attending
all the session in one month I lost 10lbs. I feel great and more energetic.
I learned to control the portion size of what I eat and exercise regularly.
Meeting new people is another thing I like about this boot
camp... I felt very comfortable working out with them because I know they
all have the same reasons like me why they are there. Everyone was working
and exercising very hard at the same time having fun..........
I would love to sign up again but not this coming session.

Arnel,
The class has been excellent. I especially
like how it built up from session to
session to increase our endurance and
strength. I also like that each week you would include a new exercise
and at the same time, increase the intensity of the exercises we thought
we mastered.
Some of the results I've experienced:
1. Thus
far I've dropped 8 pounds in four weeks and that with being out a week for
meetings in New Orleans.
2. I've increased my stamina and endurance and am now able to do at least
4 sets of 20 plus push-ups.
3. I've met some interesting people, including a Chef at MTV.

Mamta Agarwal? Fitness Boot Camp Success Story
A month ago, I had no energy, stamina, I used to feel tired
all day. I also had trouble climbing up the stairs. Thanks to the fitness
boot camp, I do not feel like that anymore.
Even though, I have not lost lot of weight, I definitely have a lot of energy.
I can climb up the stairs like a breeze. Before, I could never do any push ups or planks,
but now, I can do at least 25 push ups in one time. Most important,
I learned the right techniques for workout.
Also, during the duration of the boot camp, I got to meet new people, and
had a lot of fun.

Looking for a fun way to get healthy and
get back in shape then boot camp is for you!
Hello my name is Marc Russo and I am 44 and have
recently given up smoking. I was starting to feel healthier and decided
it was time to start working out. I was searching for a personal trainer
but it seemed very expensive. I came across Arnel? web site fitbootcamp.com
and it sounded like a great program because it was close, it was affordable
and sounded like it had all the things I was looking for in having a personal
trainer so I signed up without hesitation.
I can truthfully say, that I feel the effects after the
first week and now after finishing 12 sessions I am very satisfied with the

gained strength and increased my energy level. Arnel was very

Ceri McGovern? Fitness Boot Camp Success Story
I have been participating in Arnel's boot camp for a month now. I love being
able to do the sessions outdoors. Breathing the fresh air instead of being
stuck indoors is a great incentive for me.
It's been amazing to me to notice how my strength has increased. I can now do push ups, of 25. Previously it was
under 5. I am also able to run faster and for longer duration.
The group setting is very friendly, I have enjoyed the banter of the others
as we work out.
The main reason I am able to continue is that I do not feel intimidated by
the others in the group. Everyone is very relaxed. The evening time of 7.30
is perfect for me as I am unable to do any exercise program during the day.
Having small groups means Arnel can work with each person individually for
some of the time and can correct a posture when needed. Therefore I am not
wasting my effort doing an excercise incorrectly. I highly recommend this
program.

Ann? Fitness Boot Camp Success Story
I took Arnel's Boot Camp class because I was bored with my usual
exercise routine that I've been doing for so many years, and I got exactly
what I wanted.
Gone was the boredom with Arnel's classes. He's a tough taskmaster
but, because of this, I'm seeing my saddlebags slowly disappear.
I was lucky enough to have a fun group of people with whom I took this class,
and we all clicked. This made it even more interesting.
I'd recommend this class for anyone who wants to get out of that exercise
rut they might be in and add some zip to their workout.

I lost
6 lb in 4 weeks. My waist went from a
very tight 34 to a good fitting 34. I went from
15 pushups to 25 pushups in 4 weeks. I did have a lot of fun and meet ?nteresting people. Even though I will not be signing up for your next
class, I would like to go through it again with you.

Holly Rausch? Fitness Boot Camp Success Story
For the past 10 years, I've
been a competitive runner. Because I was active and slim I fooled myself
in believing that I was in shape. However, during that time, I suffered
terribly from daily headaches. I saw a neurologist, acupuncturist,
and massage therapist, even got an epidural in my neck. They
all believed the pain was associated with chronic neck problems and there
was little I could do. One day during a massage, the therapist said
that it was shocking how strong my lower body was and how weak my upper.
He suggested that I join a gym to build up strength in my neck, arms, and
back. Having been to them in the past I couldn? think of a worse fate,
the gym and I are not compatible. Thankfully I met Arnel and was able
to sign up for Boot camp. What an amazing transformation! Through
his expertise, direction and encouragement, I'm now stronger, leaner, and
more fit and defined then ever. Halfway through the program I realized that
I hadn't had a headache in few days. The days turned into weeks and
now it's been months and I'm 100% pain free. I highly recommend this
program. It's hard work but fun and always changing. The thing
I like best is that you can take what you've learned and do it anywhere.
The majority of exercises require no equipment, just your own resistance
and strength. You can go on vacation or out of town and have no lag
in your routine. It has been a great experience to training with Arnel.

Marivelle? Personal Training Success Story
I?e
been working with Arnel for the last 5 months and I am very pleased with
the results I am seeing and feeling! I have gotten incredibly stronger and
I don? think my body has ever felt better, even in my 20? and 30?! And most
important I feel healthier and better about myself.
My workouts used to consist of running or being on the elliptical for a few
miles at least 3 days a week. While I had stamina, I was never happy with
how I looked or felt, and I was bored with the workouts. Since I?e started
weight training with Arnel, my attitude about working out and my body have
changed for the better! I can see the muscle definition in my arms, legs
and abs. My clothes fit even better. And I? having fun!
I? 4?1? wear a size 4 and have a petite build. When I started with Arnel,
I had very little upper body strength. In the beginning, I had a difficult
time getting through one rep of shoulder pressing even 8 pounds and bench
pressing 20 pounds. Now I can shoulder press at least 15 pounds and bench press 45 pounds in each hand, squat press
150 pounds and do almost 11 dips on my own body weight. All in less
than 5 months! And I haven? stopped my cardio workout. In fact, I still run
2 to 3 times a week, but with Arnel? suggestions and advice, rather than
run the straight distances, I interval train. Although I? doing the same
distances, it? a better cardio workout, the time goes by fast and I? not
bored.
Arnel is always conscious of how I feel mentally and physically before each
workout and tailors the sessions that way. He definitely pushes and challenges,
which I love, but he is also a great motivator and is very encouraging. He?
extremely personable, and makes working out fun. He shares a lot of his knowledge
in fitness training and nutrition and has so much to offer.
Arnel is awesome to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone
who wants to feel and see great results!

Jesse? Outdoor Fitness Boot Camp Training Success Story
Training with Arnel was a treat! After following the
same old routine at home for years, training Arnel brought the "fun" back
into my workout. He incorporates strength, endurance, and cardio training
all in one session. I am now much stronger and leaner than I was 3
months ago. Working outdoors is great and definitely a plus.
In 3 months, I lost 22 lbs of fat and got much leaner. I
lost over 3 inches around my waist. I went from being able to do
only 6 pull ups to over 20 pull ups. I have more confidence and feel better
about myself because I know I am now healthy and physically fit. Arnel's

Dear Arnel,
When we first met in September, I told
you that I had been working with a personal trainer for several years and
I was not happy with the results. She had me eating too much protein
at the expense of other vital nutrients. Although I Iooked thin and
felt pretty good I was shocked to find out after our initial assessment
how much bodyfat I had considering how hard I was working. She had
me doing cardio 7 days per week for 45 - 60 minutes and 4-6 days of weight
training for 1 hour. I had muscle but it wasn't cut or defined especially
in the abdomin region.
You told me your way of training and
nutritional guidance would be different and would make the changes I wanted.
I was a bit skepticalat first with the lowering of time needed to burn
fat and the reduction in weight training time. I liked the nutritional
advice right from the beginning because it brought back lots of foods I had
given up for a long time. I am happy to say that your plan worked.
After 18 weeks, I lost 4 pounds that I didn't need to lose,
7% bodyfat that I did need to lose, my clothes got bigger and I got lots
of energy throughout the day.
I am looking forward to our next plan of action since I
am sure that I will love the results!

Training Success Story
I have a back problem and we
have been able to successfully work around it while still focusing on the muscles and areas that need
strengthening without damaging my back. My back does not snap as
much as it used to. I have more than doubled my back strength
from60 pounds to 140 pound using the lower back machine. My leg strength
has quadrupled from 55 pounds to at least 200 pounds
using the leg press machine.
In just three months, I have lost 14 lbs of pure fat and a total
of 16.5 inches all around. My total body fat percentage
went from 36.5 to 31%. Arnel was an invaluable help and cheerleader for
me, and without his knowledge and expertise I would
not have accomplished what I did. I look forward to continued training

Mark and Alex Richard's Fitness Success Stories
I was referred to Arnel by my chiropractor to obtain strength training
exercises for my lower back, quadriceps, hip flexors, hamstrings and other
muscles. I was experiencing lower back and leg pain during running
activity and x-rays indicated arthritis in the lower lumbar and sacrum.
I have been running approximately 20 miles per week for the past 10 years
and have been running for approximately 25 years. Recently, due to
back and leg pain my workouts were limited to only 2 miles 5 times per week.
The reduction in exercise and lack of diet resulted in weight gain which
further compounded the situation.
After 8 sessions with Arnel during April and May 2006, I learned
several new exercises and realized that the sit ups and other exercises previous
utilized were no longer effective and doing 30 of the new bicycle sit ups
gives me the same exercise as 200 using a crunch bar. I also learned
that I could increase the number of pushups and now do 50 per set rather than
25. It was amazing how much work/exercise was involved in each 30 minute
session.
Arnel also turned me onto using elastic bands and the exercise
ball for additional options for my entire body work out. The use of
the ball is amazing and helps to work the core muscles of the body.
I now have a new regime of exercise and am in the process of increasing my
mileage.
I was so impressed with the benefits of using a personal trainer;
I signed my son up for 4 visits with Arnel. My son is having a good
deal of success in High School track and football and I felt it was important
to get him in a good training program.
Arnel has helped me a lot in lifting weights, becoming stronger
and increasing my athletic ability. Arnel took his time with me and always
made sure I understood what was going on and what I should do in my workouts.
All of the work outs I have learned through my sessions with Arnel are very
affective and I? getting the results I want. He also communicated very well.

Prior to my training sessions, I was taking 500 mg. of Naproxen, twice daily,
for pain associated with my degenerated hip and lower back pain. After

For many years, I thought that the key to being
healthy and looking great was to get to the gym, hop on the treadmill or elliptical
and get my work out done and over with. If you are like me, this gets
old very fast and the motivation to get to the gym expires rather quickly!

I attended Arnel Ricafranca's health seminar given today, November
2, 2006. I found the hour to be informative and very interesting.
Arnel was well prepared and was very knowledgeable about the topics he discussed.
The information offered was practical and easily applicable to use in everyday
life. Arnel was able to explain his topics in a way that was understandable
to the average person who is not involved in the fitness world as a career.
He was able to point out facts about food products that we might use in every
day life that we would not know just by reading the nutrition label.
He tried to explain how to interpret the label for "fat free" or "low carb"
products. His discussion about diets and diet products also proved
to be helpful. Arnel continued with a discussion of exercise and what
is a healthy routine to use in the course of a week. He also dispelled
the myths about the promise of "magic results" through the use of food products
or exercise equipment.
All in all, the time passed very quickly and I actually would have
welcomed some extra time so that he could have continued. I look forward
to another seminar being offered in the near future.

Arnel truly did a great job explaining that there 3 components that
need to be done together to lose weight and keep it off
for good. Most people think that dieting is about starving yourself or only
doing cardio work outs. But, people need to be better educated to understand
that the only way to win the battle of the bulge is to do cardio, weights,
and eat a well balanced mini meal every 3.5 to 4 hours. Arnel did a great
job in explaining this. He also gave many visual examples which is a great
way to get your point across. If more Americans listened to Arnel's presentation
than the obesity epidemic would surely decrease.

while outlining how false advertising in food products can hurt instead of
help you lose weight. Arnel outlined the failure rate in weight loss programs and the use of diet supplements and provided the key nutrition
elements needed in maintaining healthy eating habits.
His experience and knowledge behind building muscle
and burning fat was very informative and beneficial in getting the most out
of a workout.

I highly recommend Arnel's "The Fitness Truth" seminar.
It clearly outlined a strategy for seeing successful fitness results. I
found the session to be very enjoyable because it was interactive
with the audience and contained lots of interesting information. Arnel addressed
common misconceptions about food, diets, and exercise that are on every
health conscience person's mind and incorporated good scientific
facts. Overall, Arnel's seminar was very informative and beneficial. I
would recommend it to everyone and look forward to attending future

Arnel,
The seminar was great. I've been trying to always be aware of the benefits
of exercises and a good diet. However, I found out in the seminar that there
were several things I was wrong about. In particular, the meaning of phrases
on products such as "fat free" "0 calories" "95% fat free" "0 carbs", etc.
It reminded me the way I try to do my shopping and sometimes, without knowing,
I pick an item with one of these slogans thinking I'm doing a perfect choice.
I did know about the effect of cardio and strong exercise. However,
I didn't know that it would be better to do weights first and then cardio.
I think most people do cardio first and then go to lifts some weights. In
fact, I've been doing like this all this time! Yes, I will definitively change
my routine from now on!
Yes, I will try to attend all future seminars. Thanks!

I found your presentation informative and enjoyable. You were prepared
and organized. Illustrations and examples were good. The only
disappointment was that there was a lot of information and you could have
used more time.

I attended Arnel's
fitness seminar and found it to be extremely informative. I learned
some things regarding diet and nutrition that I hadn''t known. One
example, how food labels can be misleading. You think you're doing something
good for your body and come to find, you may not be. I can now understand
a little more why some diets don't work. I find Arnel to be positive and a good motivator and would
definitely attend another seminar conducted by him.
